COLORIZATION
WHAT IS PVD?
Physical Vapor Deposition (“PVD”) is the chemical process of colorizing stainless steel. PVD colorization provides a minute, translucent coating on the surface of stainless steel thereby increasing the product’s aesthetics and durability. PVD colorization is commonly used as a form of surface conditioning.
